A wonderful end to a wonderful day

At last the haar lifted and left us with a wonderful day. I went to the Beach café with Julie to carry out some planning for Brownies in the morning and we sat outside and were warm enough even though, at that time, the haar was still covering the Firth. It still looked beautiful with what sun managing to peep through lighting up patches of sea making it sparkle.
We're hoping to get some funding for some Adventure Packs for each six so there were also some forms to fill in too.
When I got home I sat in the garden and was amazed at the number of flying insects that were on the plum blossom. Everything from the tiniest fly to the biggest bees.
A bit of gardening and after dinner we had a drive to Udale Bay . The tide was out so not that many birds but we did see the osprey as we drove on to Cromarty. The sun was going down and I liked the silhouettes of the Oil Rigs.
