Look up

..... for a better view.
As featured in some of my earlier blips, there is some stunning architecture on our high streets if we look up above the brightly coloured and sometimes garish shop frontages that are often there nowadays.
This is Prospect Crescent in Harrogate overlooking the War Memorial and the famous Betty's tea rooms.
I deliberately chopped off the shop fronts at street level as they do detract from the grandeur of the building. (The original shot is in the extras.)

The shop below the triple flagpole to the left of centre is Bradleys the jewellers. I blipped the rear of this building recently, demonstrating that behind the elegant frontage, the rear of such buildings is often somewhat different.
