The mixed weather continues, near Milton of Redcastle. One minute beautiful sunshine, and the next, black, with another hailstorm. Remaining darned cold through the mix.

Met a former Student, who's now a retired Fireman. Had a long blether with him and his wife, in their lovely garden, overlooking the Beauly Firth. Whilst there, Oscar, their local Osprey, came by and caught a rather large Sea Trout. We'd wondered why he was having trouble getting out of the water. The fish must have been putting up a bit of a fight.

I'm being sought to give some camera use lessons... not sure why.
