For My Sister....Without the Cream!

Creme Caramel has always been my sister's favourite dessert ever since she was a little girl and we lived near an Italian restaurant who had it on their menu. I like it too and this one which they serve in Côte is really delicious. But there is a point of dispute between us....I like mine with a bit of pouring cream, she thinks this is all wrong.

Jack is working in London tomorrow rather than today so I have a quiet day to myself which I wasnt expecting. .and I really need it!
