It has started!

Suddenly the roads are lined with the lovely cow parsley. Last year we were on holiday in Dorset at the end of May and the cow parsley was spectacular, so is it early this year?
At last (after nine weeks!) I have seen a physiotherapist. She was complimentary but there is room for improvement and I have a schedule of exercises.Will power needed.
