Ullswater

Day 5 started at Castlerigg before moving on to Ullswater (Aira Force) and then to Martindale.
The main blip is a wasp we were watching for ages, stripping fine layers off the wood of a footpath sign then rolling it up into its feet before taking to its nest. You can see that the lighter strips are where it had already feasted.

The end of a glorious week (although we had our first bit of rain this afternoon - soon went). Back to reality tomorrow  :-((
