Girl's best friend

We've had a major outbreak of mildew in one of our cupboards - it must be due to the humidity. I have thrown out most of the stuff that was affected (mainly shoes), but a few things were salvageable, so I spent today washing these things in a vinegar solution. I later found Snowflake napping against the things I had washed - clearly as a show of solidarity!

I'm not too bothered about having lost most of my shoe collection, but Mark clearly feels bad about it so has offered to come to the mall with me tomorrow. This is man who hates any kind of shopping, so I'm expecting his patience to run out after around an hour.
