Butterfly or moth?

Well I am up and feeling quite a bit better. 24 hours of sheer hell has left my system. I have always said I never get bugs and assuming that is what it was then never say never. I just spent 24 hours in bed so relieved to feel relatively normal today.

I was unable to see Barnsley live beat Walsall 3-0 yesterday though saw it on TV. I had to cancel my friends coming so it became a non day.

Still a little fragile but hopefully will get back to normal by tomorrow. I spotted this moth/butterfly in the garden and managed to get a couple of shots before it flew off. Anyone tell me what it is?
