A Pateley Perambulation

Today we went for a walk from Pateley Bridge. This started with a steep climb up the side of the valley to the old quarry. From the top there were great views towards Gouthwaite reservoir. The main photo was taken from our lunch stop. Although blue skies were with us at the start, it did cloud over somewhat as had been forecast.
In the extras is another view of the reservoir, a view of the old quarry and a view looking back down towards Pateley Bridge. The gorse is looking particularly good at the moment too.
