Up very early again; I am thinking my sleep pattern is going wonky again.

Went to Stockbridge for breakfast, got my prescription, then came home.

This afternoon Mum and I had a wander round Bruntsfield /Morningside area and went for a coffee. It was a stressful afternoon; me not really wanting to be around anyone, I felt really agitated and I had to escape to relieve the feelings.

Tea with Steven, Kelly and Lewis. I was there but not there. Everything felt hazy, I couldn't keep up with conversation and I couldn't eat. Lewis was in a hyper mood; it was a noisy tea.

Home to a empty quiet flat where I could finally do what I needed to do to make it all slightly better.
