Grass upon grass

We enjoyed leading creative worship for Pentecost at The Beacon at Nether Green this morning. It was an enthusiastic diverse gathering - a united service for their 2 congregations.

We had colour and creativity, silence and singing and at the end dancing I the aisles as we celebrated the presence of the Spirit of Help and Caring, the enhancer and encourager on our midst. The promise of 'grace upon grace'.

I was moved by the courageous sharing during and after the service of several people struggling with life, health and relationships.

Returning home later we arrived to discover that our neighbours were cutting the grass in our garden - a job it has been difficult to prioritise recently. I love our neighbours!
