Parsnip Wine

I ventured into the home wine making hobby many years ago, but have long wanted to do some more and particularly country wines.  When in the UK last time I picked up a great book on the very subject and for my birthday this year, the boys bought me the requisite equipment.  My first attempt so far is a gallon of parsnip wine, that is currently on second fermentation.  Once this clears (you can already see plenty of sediment at the bottom), it will be racked in bottles to rest for at least 6 months - that's the only downside of making wine - patience is very much required!
