Whatever it was Robert Burns said about "the best laid schemes", he was right! My plan to blip from my local library went "agley" today when the wi-fi connection was iffy, though I was able to leave some comments from a pc for public use. So, here I am back in my flat this evening...

Purdy is the beautiful petite ginger cat I'm looking after this week. She is used to her own company and therefore rather timid, but will come looking for me and let me know when she thinks it's time for food.

I'm hoping she'll let me stroke her before the week is out...
