A cub hunt

A brief cub hunt on my way back from work led me down a back street where I saw this sign. It actually made me stop cycling.

What's a washing vehicle? Do these people in these salubrious* flats have a vehicle that comes for their washing? or a vehicle that that washes the car park or something?

So I took a picture and thought on.

It was only once I was rolling again that it dawned on me.

With brains like that this mystery may never get solved..
