My sister has the week off work and we decided to meet up and try an aquafit class at my local leisure centre and since I work for them I got in free. I've never tried aquafit before but I really enjoyed it and it was a gentle way to get into exercise. I like exercise but when its so exhausting I dont like it much, I feel like it should be fun. The trouble is the class is only a tues morning so I could go everyweek before I babysit but unfortunately my sister couldn't as she works full time. After a good class and a swim we had lunch out and a mcflurry and ate it in the gardens. The weather wasn't too great but seeing all the colourful flowers and trees blooming was stunning
