When I was at school one of the girls brought in a very long rope and we used to skip the whole break time. You could get ten people in at one time and we used to chant all the skipping rhymes...it was great fun. I can't do that at the moment with my dodgy knee though....sigh.

It was a funny sort of day at work. I wish I could go back on my old team. I'm still completely knackered from the weekend and could have done with this week off to recover lol.
