Peony

Quick blip tonight - It was the spring concert at school so not much time.  The children sounded wonderful - such improvement over the years.

I cut these peony from the yard this weekend - I was worried the cooler temperatures would harm them - we didn't get a freeze but I would have been sad to lose them. I only have one peony that blooms.  I have planted more but they are immature and I don't know if they will bloom in the future.  I think this peony has been here for a very long time.  ( well I know it has been blooming for at least 17 years.)
