Can you see what they are yet?

A slight cooking disaster today, lucky for me I was only giving the recipe a go. They are, of course, profiteroles. I could tell early on that the mixture looked a little too runny, I added extra flour to try and recover but it was not too be. I am not sure where I went wrong. I thought I would bake the mixture anyway to see how it came out.

It was not very nice! I will try profiteroles again but am going to find a different recipe.
