Peace

A new post has been donated at the park by Stourbridge Quaker Meeting, it has a different language on each side and Braille. There are also some new benches stacked up ready to be installed.

Hard night at Aquafit, some new exercises and lots of changes in tempo. After the shock of cold water we'd soon warmed up, feeling like I'd had a good workout this morning!
