Why does it always rain on us?

Yes it's July 23, it's Scotland, it's Glasgow....so it must be raining.
I thought this shot of people hunched up in their rain jackets and with umbrellas up just about said it all.
Earlier in the day I was watching the cricket from London with disbelief...bright blue skies. Oh well, maybe the sun will head this day some time soon.
