Ever feel a bit of a donkey?

We got a phone call last night from our dentist to remind me of an appointment this morning. So I duly left for my appointment and my phone started buzzing about 15 minutes in. When I got to the dentist at 10h30 I was told they had some staffing problems and a technical problem with the dentist's chair. In other words they were running late. So at 12h I finally got to see the dentist to be told the assistant was in hospital and hadn't ordered the stuff needed for my appointment. So I waited all that time to have my appointment and three follow up appointments cancelled. Grrrrrr
