Flutterby

We managed to hatch out 4 butterflies at school; 2 yesterday and 2 today.
I took my camera to try and catch the moment one of them emerged but the little buggers waited until we were out of the classroom before making an appearance. I had to unzip a little gap in the netting and poke my lens in so that none escaped. It was a bit of a rush job so not the sharpest photo ever.
My day was made when I saw a lovely photo of Poppy and her besties eating ice creams by the sea on the school website this afternoon. Can't wait to see her tomorrow. One more sleep!
