Alliaria petiolata umbel

Bit of a flat meh sort of day today. Today's blip is a flower head from a Alliaria petiolata (garlic mustard) plant growing by the side of the pavement in the village on my to work.

Work was rather dull, but I did manage to get something done...

Good weigh in this morning, but it has brought my 7-day average blow target, so I can slowly continue to add things back into my diet now, to stop the continued weight loss. My current plan is to add more fruit at lunch time, next I'll add a few extra nuts and we'll see what happens after that!
