White Mountain

Up early to see doctor. He prescribed physio and something called dry needling for my hamstring pain and something non.addictive for my sleep problems.
Then we went off into  the mountains for a walk with Léo. Went to Les Pléiades, above Vevey, not too high around 1400m , walked for an hour or so. Liz was wearing her freshly washed white jacket, all the coffee stains gone. Then Léo walked through some mud and jumped on her. You had to laugh. Well I did :-)

Stopped for lunch at the top, a little cloudy , but took some pics of Léo posing and then wandered down. All feeling a little tired now,
