The boys were back!!

The plumbers were back today to replace the old tank, which was enormous and not at all efficient. Since returning from holiday we have only had very limited hot water. Well the boys brought forward the installation date and did it today :0)
   
When they arrived I was in my workroom trying to make sense of the AGM returns from last weekend. Well, getting out of the room was a bit of an obstacle course, so I just stayed there and got on with the job!! 4hrs later both jobs done, a new tank (in extras) and a tidy pile of paper!!

PS update...the plumber will be be back soon as we have a leak from the new tank.....drips through the kitchen ceiling!!!!! Good job that the evening out with P & R was changed to Sunday.
