CrossFit Competition

Our box held its first in-house competition today. It was also the first competition we'd competed in.

Great atmosphere down at the box despite the heavy rain and winds first thing this morning. Everyone gave it their all. Very well organised!

I had fun in the 7 total workouts I did. Including a 5th place in one. This photo was during the snatch ladder (video here)

After being at the box from 6.45am to 1.30pm a few of us went out to Jus Burgers and have, as they say, a good feed!
