That Parrot Dress

Ok, so technically it's a parrot-feather bolero and crepe jumpsuit. 

It's currently on display at Dongdaemun Design Plaza as part of an impressive exhibition of Jean-Paul Gautier's work. 

It's also very similar to this one that Dana International changed into to perform again when she won Eurovision in 1998 in Birmingham.
