Lovely Chania in the wind

A wild wind woke us early on our free day, a strange warm wind not diapering the mist lying over the olive trees. By the time we'd visited a favourite health shop in the Covered Market (welcomed like old friends because we'd brought new customers) and eaten till we could eat no more at a favourite harbour restaurant full of Greek diners, the wind had moved from the south to the north-west, blowing over signs, felling sunshades and driving the green sea up over the flagstones.
