Archives of memories

I had my Alzheimer's Society Hat on today volunteering at a Dementia Awareness Event at the Dudley Archives.  It's a very new place and it has lots of interesting displays.  They were going to do a guided tour later but I was unable to stay for that.  I will go back.

There weren't many people around when the exercise lady arrived who was due to demonstrate the sort of classes she runs for the elderly so all the volunteers volunteered to have a go!  We had a good laugh!
