The Dartmoor Cowboy

Well today was grim! Cloud and drizzle most of the day. The moor was spooky. Enveloped in cloud. I grabbed a break in the weather to take the mutts out for a run around the leat and the fungus tree. Suddenly this lone figure appeared out of the mist. Was it a previously unreported ghost, the Dartmoor Cowboy or just a dog walker? Eventually a sodden Springer Spaniel appeared out of the cloud. It's  dog walker. They disappeared as suddenly as they appeared.
