Rural canterbury

This pic is taken looking west towards the Southern Alps of New Zealand's south island. Not my best effort but had to stop and snap something. We have had an amazing autumn but are now realising that it us over. Snow on the alps and quite a covering. Brrr not a fan of winter.
If you look large you can see the cattle on the tree line i think☺
