Lock Keeper's House, Lapworth

I managed a little stroll along the canal at Lapworth this morning. The sun was shining, the birds were singing and everywhere was looking very fresh and verdant.
I do love these barrel-shaped roofs on the old lock keeper's houses on this part of the canal. They were made to be the same shape as the arches of the canal bridges and were probably built by the 'Navvies' who originally built the canal.
