Another anxiety-ridden day. I took half a day's leave so I could go home and try to calm down before getting the train down to Sheffield. In the end I managed to sleep for a couple of hours which helped and then a decent/quietish journey to my mum and dad's.

I was boiling hot when I arrived at their house at about 9pm and when I looked at the thermometer I realised why as it was about 18 degrees!
