Gardener wanted

I spotted this house as a candidate for derelict Sunday.  As I was photographing it, the neighbour came out to chat and explained that it was not derelict, just badly neglected and that the house was still occupied.  She has a very neat garden and has a problem with all the invading weeds. The house stands out as a sore thumb as it is flat roofed.  It is one of the last surviving post war pre fabs that was bricked around about fifty years ago.
