Doing things properly

Had a very pleasant chat with this gentleman at the market in Newbury. He was selling old cutlery of all descriptions - not just your normal knife and forks but everything you could possibly need (or not need)! He was running low on silver sugar sifters but still had plenty of Sardine forks and Grapefruit spoons.
