Rolls

A day of exercise. We might have caught the gym bug. Or we might just be making up reasons to serve ourselves up increasing numbers of bacon rolls (well we were up at 9am exercising...)

I did a couple of turns round the heritage loch for good measure. This view always makes me think of the Teletubbies ;-)
