Coat of Arms in Winchester

This coat of arms is on the (curved) corner of WH Smith in Winchester.

The building is listed, but the listing doesn't says only 'the fascia has moulded lead coat of arms, bearers and ships'.

This blog post suggests it's the coat of arms for Southampton - which look about right.
