Traffic Menace

I hate traffic but am forced to travel in it most of the time...

It had rained heavily during the weekend and many roads were closed but the great administration never even bothered to inform the public...

Result spend hell lot of hours on the roads where it will take 40 mins to travel 1 km min.... i.e. if you are lucky enough...
