Hanging Out!

 
Another bird I'm afraid - a filler from my stock pile as I still need a few more days rest before venturing out into the big bad world again.

I snapped this cormorant in classic "wing drying" pose, in Christchurch Park, Ipswich, where three of them have been "hanging out" in recent years. I know nothing about birds but cannot resist an occasional shot with my little pocket digital camera when an opportunity like this arises.

Hope to be back out there soon and commenting more frequently than of late, but in the meantime Thank you all very much for your very  kind comments.
