Grass Widow

I was temporarily abandoned by my spouse as he left for a day's fishing on the River Tay, so i took myself off to find my other love - horses:-)  This is the mother of the foal I blipped recently and he is now happy to be left to sit alone on the grass (see Extra) while she wanders off to eat the grass.  Does this make her a "grass widow" too?

Week 2 of my Italian course, but I'm finding it very disjointed.  You are asked questions before you are taught the vocabulary to answer them! The next lesson contains all the words you needed to know sooner:-)  Crazy!
