Woke far too early again. Lay on the sofa until lunch time, sleeping, reading my book and watching tv.

Along to the hospital for my appointment. Apparently my thyroid levels are too low, but as I am only displaying a few symptoms they are going no further just now. She took 4 things of blood to test for other things and I will get the results in the post.

Walked into Stockbridge for a coffee. I have developed a new thing that I don't like people walking behind me so I kept having to stop. Same thing on the way back.

Got home and lay on the sofa and slept, watched tv for the rest of the afternoon.
