Balance

At the beach - saw a low tide was happening and headed out to our Sound beach for a bit of a walk - kind of lumpy out there, rocky I mean, but still dogs, kids, birds, sand, sea critters - all good things.

(still on Europe time - well sort of, so I am CERTAINLY not in balance yet)
