Stromness from Ward Hill

A walk from Orphir village, up Rams Dale, up Ward Hill then Mid Hill, down Russa Dale and to the main road. Much cooler than yesterday with a chilly wind on the hill-tops. No cuckoo calling in Russa Dale, but a pair of redpoll in the quarry was nice, especially as one was gathering nest material.
