Air

Watched the third episode of the Netflix documentary "Cooked" this evening. Titled 'Air', it is devoted to the subject of bread. Well worth watching as it moves between Massachusetts and Morocco showing wheat fields, sourdough, watermill, miller, baker, cook, geneticists, bread.

Interesting new fact: in Morocco it is considered wrong to use a knife to cut bread as it is too violent. Bread is flat, and torn when eaten and shared.

Obvious facts: a lot of bread is eaten in this household of three, and it isn't all made by us.
