My first bird blip!!!

Spotted this blackbird when I was in the kitchen this morning. I didn't think it would still be there after I'd got my camera ready but it was! Whoopee! I took it through a wet window so it isn't as clear as I would have liked it to be.

Back at physio today,I am to continue my exercises but instead of doing 10 of each I've only to do 3 as they shouldn't be hurting as much as they do, and I shouldn't have had to increase my painkillers.
But....I was told I could try driving short distances. Yippee!!!
