Housework

Loads of activity of late: electricity, HVAC, masonry, stucco, soffits. And, of course, plumbing. The gent featured here is our master plumber -- and also happens to be my brother in law. He's one of the most gregarious and optimistic people I know, with loads of crazy stories with which to entertain us. Good guy, all around :)
