Little Big Man.

This little man sits on the kitchen window sill calmly overseeing all that goes on. I had in mind the 'Head' sculptures by Giacometti when I made it, and I have tried to capture the sense of it looking into the distance.

I enjoy the process of sculpting in clay and, in particular, the directness of the medium. Not knowing what the end result might be is part of its appeal.
