Nice surprise this morning when we arrived at CrossFit this morning. Our coach has a new puppy, meet Astrid, she's a cutie! She definitely didn't like being left in the corner while we were doing our thing, a few barks to remind everyone she was there. Once the music starting playing loud and the barbells starting banging she dropped off to sleep, obviously!
