Daily Grind

I've always rather wanted a nice granite Pestle and Mortar but never quite known what to do with one.  I have an excuse now, as our favourite curry recipe kit comes with spices that are better ground - so I've got one.  It had it's first use this evening, and worked very well.  It's so simple when you have the right tool for the job...
