Oasis

I had to drive my mom to an appointment today and spent an hour meandering, trying to find a coffee shop to get some grading done. Instead, I ended up here, where I did try to grade, but it was just too beautiful to waste on red pens and literary analysis. So I walked around, frustrated I had only my iPhone. Especially when I saw that big bird.. I'm guessing a heron? There were also ducks and geese.

What a wonderful way to "waste" an hour!
